Restaurant Week 2011: Menu Spotlight On Bibiana Osteria-Enoteca!

As part of our coverage of Washington Restaurant Week 2011, we will be spotlighting a different establishment each day for the next week or so.

Barbabietola: Salad of beets, blackberries and saba.

What? Restaurateur Ashok Bajaj’s modern Italian venue, Bibiana Osteria-Enoteca has prepared a special lunch ($20.10) and dinner ($35.11) menu for Restaurant Week. Executive Chef Nicholas Stefanelli’s three-course seasonal offering features a choice of antipasti, primi and dolci.

Fiore di Latte: Fresh milk mozzarella, tomato, and basil.

Bibiana’s complete Restaurant Week lunch menu and dinner menu (Adobe PDF) are both available for download online.

Calamari: Plancha-seared calamari stuffed with smoked potatoes, spicy salami, and citrus, with a squid ink vinaigrette.

Where? Bibiana is located at 1100 New York Ave NW (entrance on 12th and H Streets side). Reservations can be made online via OpenTable or by calling (202) 216-9550.

Razza: Poached Atlantic skate wing with summer vegetables in an aromatic fish broth.

When? The Restaurant Week menu will be available from now until August 28th.

Maile: Roasted Shenandoah Valley pork loin and pepperonata with a mustard sauce.
