NORTHWEST -- With names like “Hop Springs Eternal” (Dogfish Head Aprihop, Apricot infused Vodka, Honey Simple Syrup) and “Liquid Sunshine” (Rum, Velvet Falernum, Yellow Chartreuse, Lemon, Pineapple) or even the all-American “Strawberry Lemonade” (Vodka, Strawberry, Lemon, Soda) on P.O.V’s new spring cocktail menu, it’s safe to say that spring is on the minds of the award-winning terrace and lounge’s bartenders.


And perched atop of the celebrated W, Washington, D.C. hotel on Tuesday night, food and wine critics and members of the press were treated to the grand unveiling of the hotspot’s latest libations.


In addition to a bevy of new signature cocktails available either by the glass or by the pitcher, P.O.V’s gifted mixologists had even challenged themselves to an internal contest to create the best spring drink, with a special collection of drinks dubbed “The Pride of POV”.

White House Easter Egg Roll attendees who choose to stroll across the street on Monday might be treated to a surprise guest.
